Purchases and restoration
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Use the same store account used for the original purchase when restoring. A store purchase and an optional app account are separate.
Important information
- For an incorrect puzzle or mission, include the visible puzzle, daily or mission identifier.
- Resetting local progress may not be reversible.
