Delete data and account

How to remove local app data, optional cloud data or an app account.

Locally stored data

Delete content in the app where a delete option is provided. Uninstalling removes the app’s local storage from the device. Export anything you still need first.

Cloud data or app account

If the app offers an optional account, use Delete account under Profile or Settings. This removes the associated account and cloud data, except for minimal records required by law or for fraud prevention.

No longer have access?

Email apps@bitbeans.de and include the app and the email address or sign-in method used. We may need to verify that the request is yours.

Store purchases

Apple and Google manage purchases, receipts and refunds. We cannot delete those records; use the account and support options of the relevant store.
