Purchases and restoration

Oriveli Plus is a subscription through Apple or Google. After a reinstall or on a new device, restore it on the Plus page with “Restore purchase” – using the same store account you subscribed with. Term, renewal and cancellation are managed in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account; Oriveli needs no account for this. The store shows the current price before you buy.

Important information

• Oriveli does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and is not a medical device. For acute symptoms or in an emergency, contact a doctor or the emergency services – 112 in Germany and across the EU.
• Oriveli is intended for people aged 18 and over.
• Your entries are stored encrypted on your device. We can neither read nor restore them, not even after a lost device. Create a backup with your own passphrase in the settings and keep that passphrase separately; without it the backup can no longer be opened.
• “Delete all data” in the settings removes entries, profile, drafts, reminders, settings, the backup and export files inside the app and the key on the device. Files you have already shared or saved elsewhere stay where they are.
• An AI analysis is voluntary. You see exactly what will be sent and confirm each request individually. You can withdraw the consent at any time in the settings with effect for the future; every other feature keeps working.
• Send us the app version from the settings and a short description. Please never send us your backup passphrase, a backup file or a doctor report.
• You import values from Health Connect or Apple Health under Settings › Connect health data, separately for each data type. Switching a type off stops the reading immediately; you withdraw the permission itself in Health Connect or in the iOS settings under Health. Entries already imported remain until you delete them in the history.
• Weather and pollen are switched on and off under Settings › Weather and pollen automatically. You search for the place there yourself; the search runs on the device. Pollen values exist only for regions in Germany. Once switched off, nothing is sent any more and the place is forgotten.
• Medication reminders name the medication only if you switch that on; otherwise the notification stays neutral. The home screen widget shows only whether the day has been logged.
