Purchases and restoration

Three stories per language can be used without a purchase. The other stories are available with a monthly or yearly subscription through Apple or Google; the purchase page is behind the parental gate. After reinstalling or on a new device, restore the purchase with “Restore purchases” – using the same store account as for the purchase. The store shows the current price before you buy.

Important information

• Parents set the reading profile, age group and story language in the parents' area, which is behind the parental gate. The gate reads its math question aloud so that children who cannot read yet also know to fetch a grown-up.
• Downloaded stories play without internet. With “Download new stories automatically” on in the parents' area (the default), the app downloads new stories you may use by itself, but only on Wi-Fi, never over mobile data; it sends the same as a download by hand. Under “Manage storage” you see the size of every downloaded story and delete single ones, or all of them with “Delete downloaded stories”; favorites are kept, and the stories are downloaded again the next time they are opened.
• After reinstalling or on a new device, restore a purchase on the purchase page with “Restore purchases” – using the same store account as for the purchase.
• Write to us via “Feedback” in the parents' area or at apps@bitbeans.de. Include the app version from the parents' area and a short description; please do not send us any data about your child.
